- Testing Accessible Dampers: All accessible fire dampers were tested to ensure they met regulatory standards
- Identification of any Non-Compliant Dampers: Any potential dampers not meeting compliance would be recorded, and a live register was created to track issues
- Collaboration on Remedials: We would work closely with the hotel’s maintenance team to plan and complete any identified remedial work, ensuring all dampers met compliance requirements
- Ongoing Monitoring: The live register provides a clear, up-to-date reference for future testing and maintenance
