From the very first project, HEY Service Group introduced RZ-Ecoseal, an innovative internal duct sealing system designed to prevent grease leakage and reduce internal grease accumulation.
By sealing all new Five Guys kitchen extract systems from the inside, we’ve been able to:
- Create a completely airtight duct network
- Minimise grease migration into surrounding structures
- Enhance overall fire safety
- Reduce cleaning frequency and maintenance costs
Our engineers work hand-in-hand with Five Guys’ project and FM teams on each new store rollout, ensuring that every system is sealed to the same high standard before handover.

Since 2019, HEY Service Group has worked alongside Five Guys, supporting the brand’s rapid UK expansion with a focus on safety, performance, and long-term sustainability of their kitchen extract systems.
As a high-volume burger chain with exceptionally busy kitchens, Five Guys needed a reliable solution to manage grease build-up within their extract ductwork — a challenge common in fast-paced, high-output cooking environments.
